Muy buena la atención, de su personal

Llegamos al hotel y Expedia no habia echo la reserva. No habia lugar, por suerte la buena predispocisión del personal. Nos ofreció lugar en el San Remo de Punta del Este y nos respetaron el precio de la reserva.

Hermoso hotel. Todo en condiciones, lastima que la habitación que me tocó tenia problemas con el canal y que no contaban con adaptadores para los enchufes ya que al ser otro país no tienen los mismos tomacorriente. Muy atento el personal y excelente ubicación frente al puerto. Hermosa vista.

Hotel tranquilo y agradable

Pasamos muy bien, el personal es muy agradable, lo mejor desayunar con una hermosa vista al mar, lo peor el colchon incomodo y la cama que crujia cada vez que nos moviamos, por lo que dormir se hizo algo dificil. La cama y el colchon de mi hija estaban ok, era sommier y estaba mucho mejor.

LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE, FRENTE AL PUERTO SE TIENE UNA HERMOSISIMA VISTA DESDE LAS HABITACIONES CON TERRAZA. LA LIMPIEZA DE LAS HABITACIONES FUE MUY BUENA. LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO BRINDADO POR EL HOTEL FUE MUY BUENA. SOLO ENCONTRE DETALLES MINIMOS COMO QUE NO CUENTEN CON ADAPTADORES PARA QUE SE ENCHUFEN (CUENTAN CON ENCHUFES TOTALMENTE DISTINTOS A LA ARG.) CARGADORES DE CELULARES O DE LAS NOTBOOK PERO AL SOLICITARLOS EN RECEPCIÓN AL RATO LAS TENIA EN LA HABITACIÓN. Al llegar la reserva de hoteles.com no la tenían me tuve que quedar con mi bebe de 7 meses y mi padre en una sola cama, por ende no descanse nada. No volveré a realizar reservas con ustedes. Poca seriedad.

Hermosa vista desde el hotel.

Es la segunda vez que vamos al hotel. Lo elijo por el punto en el que está ubicado, a mi entender de los más bonitos y tranquilos de Piriápolis. El personal es muy amable y el servicio brindado es sencillo. Hay pequeños detalles que estaría bueno que sean tomados en cuenta, ya que opacan al resto del servicio. Si bien estamos conformes con las habitaciones que nos tocaron, no fueron las que habíamos reservado y hay que estar verificando la reserva. Destaco el punto en el que está y es lo que me hace elegirlo.

No lo recomiendo

Pedí cama matrimonial y cuando llego a la habitación habían 3 individuales. La recepcionista ofreció atar 2 con precintos... El wc no tenía tapa ni asiento, lo reclamé y demoraron 4 días en repararlo. La tv con cable prácticamente no se veía. El baño no tenía ventilación, la puerta no cerraba y se inundaba. El ascensor se rompió 2 veces en 5 días y cuando funcionaba la puerta se cerraba de golpe porque, según el técnico, los sensores estaban mal conectados. El desayuno solo tenia pan lactal, bizcochos, fiambre y yogures, un desastre. Para rematar habia una jarra eléctrica con un cartel que decía que había que pagar $10 por cada termo de agua. En resumen NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Nunca llego la reserva al hotel y en recepcion poco interes por arreglar el inconveniente, poco serio para la tarifa que tienen que por cierto no lo vale.

Un lindo hotel sin mantenimiento

El hotel tiene una hermosa vista desde el comedor, pero tuvimos muchos contratiempos. El ascensor no funcionó un día, tampoco no andaba el wifi, los veladores de las dos habitaciones que reservé no tenían bombilla. La ducha salpicaba y no había secador, colchones incomodos. Al reclamar por los inconvenientes me dijeron que no se cambiaba la habitación. El pago fue por adelantado ya que de otra forma hubiese conseguido otro hotel. El desayuno regular. Tiene una pequeña piscina. Se encuentra aproximadamente a cinco cuadras del centro.

Hotel in Strandnähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Die Hotelzimmer stehen in der Hochsaison in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Der Preis war extrem hoch und die Hotelzimmer nicht besonders schön.
