"The only complaint I have is that my room was on the first level next to the outside entrance to the building (side door). The guest who shared the floor were in and out of those doors at all hours of the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will always choose to stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Albermarle, North Carolina. I will request a room on the upper-level next time."

"The staff was awesome. Very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. We hope the renovations are finished soon. The faucet in the tub didn’t fit over the tub. Pop corn ceiling needs repaired. Room door was very hard to open, torn curtains, no towel bars, and tv remote was missing the battery cover. We did love the fireplace and the whirlpool tub. We would love to stay there again, but we hope repairs get made."
