"Everything was perfect"

"My stay was extremely disappointing due to constant drilling noise throughout the day. The noise was so loud that the entire building would shake, making it impossible to relax or get any rest. This went on for hours without any proper warning ahead of time. I understand maintenance happens, but this level of disruption should be communicated clearly before booking or at least before check-in. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of environment, especially when expecting a comfortable stay. The hotel did offer compensation, which I appreciate, but it doesn’t fully make up for the experience. I hope management improves how they handle situations like this in the future."

"We had a great time staying at Oxford Suites. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved that they’re pet friendly and even have a small dog park outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well."

"Beach view was good. Room was clean and comfortable, loved the location. Water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at first but warmed up after a few minutes. I would Definitely recommend. "

"We selected a single queen bed room for 1 night, the room was very very small, only enough room to walk around the bed, no hot water in sink but some in shower which also very small. Restricted use of ice machine (in office which closes at 9pm). There are better options in Pismo Beach will no stay here again"

"The staff seemed irritated and unhappy.room was disgusting. Other peoples dirty clothes were left in the room. The door was broken and didn't shut all the way but the latch was broken as well and we had to pull at the door to get in and out of the room. SUPER unsafe! The curtain was broken and hanging. The remote was broken. The sink faucet in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere and the floors were filthy. I'll never stay there again."
