"I arrived on a busy day, with lots of people checking in. The front desk staff were great, offering smiles and apologies for any delay. The lobby has a great view. My room was clean and while it was on the ground floor it had a really sweet little patio."

"Our room was quite spacious and clean. The grounds were beautifully done with access to a private beach and kayaks . We really appreciated the Saturday morning complimentary yoga class on the grass overlooking the ocean. And soaking in the jacuzzi at night while gazing at the stars. We appreciated the included breakfast as well. The Pismo Preserve hiking trails are walking distance."
