"Manager Emma and her front desk staff are all five stars.
The room was clean but shabby and the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable.
There are almost no outlets to plug devices into and the furniture was Goodwill level.
Not good value at the high price - the a/c wasn’t working properly and everything needs redoing."

"Everything about this place was exceptional. Lobby was immediately welcoming and showed their care for the property and cleanliness. The location was lovely, being very close to the beach. Staff was absolutely amazing, kind and hospitable. Check in was a breeze, took no more than 5 minutes and we were in our room within 15 minutes of arriving. The pool and jacuzzi area were very well kept and staff was more than accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay...

"The room felt icky to be in. There were marks and stains all on the walls in the bathroom. Usually hotels will put a new roll of toilet paper before a new guest arrives but it was half used. Not a big deal. But there was long thick black hairs in the bed that were not mine. The refrigerator kept nothing cold but the freezer worked fine. The floor is spongy and has pieces missing. I didn’t feel comfortable in this room but was in a bind to find a room so close to the date I needed. The man up...

"Property was clean and located in the motel part of Pismo which is not my favorite. We did not use the pool. It was nice they had tea, coffee, and cookies in the lobby. Room seemed clean but we did find some signs of previous lodger (airpods and trash under bed). Elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. Ice machine didn't work well and I only saw one for the entire property. rooms and furniture were outdated but clean. Partial view of ocean (and parking lots) and balcony were the best...

"We arrived a little early to request a top floor away from the road and we were told it was possible, but would take longer. We said it was not a problem. When we returned later, no rooms were available, and so we waited longer. Nearly an hour later we were given a room facing the frontage road and the freeway. Did not sleep well that night due to the road noise.
Hotel was not as clean and maintained as most Hampton Inn. Very disappointing."
