"We have stayed at this hotel 8 times before this visit. We have always been happy with our stays and previously, the staff have been very polite and helpful. However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful."

"Tout l'extérieur parait délabré et pas entretenu, Piscine a l'abandon, soit disant travaux Zone industrielle, environnement très moche Au petit-déjeuné à 8 heure pratiquement que du sucré, sauf 2 petit morceaux de baguettes. La dame, indifférente, même pas demandé si on avait encore envie de pain. Nous sommes parti, elle ne s'est même pas levée, les yeux rivés sur son ordinateur. La chambre minuscule et bruit ls nuit. Nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu, trop cher avec des photos trompeuses"

"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

"Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze vom Bett war extrem durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Fenster sind schlecht schallisoliert."

"Das Zimmer wirkte eher wie in einem Gefängnis. Wir waren froh wieder weg zu sein nach einer kurzen Nacht. Man hört sämtliche Bewohner und Abflüsse des Hauses. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Freundlichkeit zu Hunden sowie die vielen kostenlosen Parkplätze und einen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang."
