"We really enjoyed our stay at La Selva. Loved the guided tour that is included and also did a bird tour on the property which was great. Both guides were very knowledgeable and we had a great time on both tours. Multiple trails on the property to explore on our own. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. "

"Sehr schöne Dschungel Lodge. Kein AC aber Ventilator ausreichend. Bequeme Betten. Tolle warme Thermen. Bad und Dusche etwas beengt. Frühstück gut, aber leider nur 1 Kaffee inklusive. Abendessen sehr lecker. Servicepersonal aufmerksam und schnell. Wer mitten im Dschungel ein paar Tage verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. "Selva Verda is in a beautiful location on the Sarapiqui river, slightly further off the tourist trail but a true eco-lodge. Great place to stay to immerse yourself in the Costa Rican rainforest and spot wildlife. We spotted a lot within the lodge area. I would recommend the guided nature hike which took us further into the grounds of the lodge. The guide was very knowledgeable and went at a manageable pace for our group of mixed ages. "We loved our stay at this property. It was beautiful and well maintained. The family that owned the property were really friendly and cooked a full breakfast for us each morning. We loved how quiet the property was, the jacuzzi, and all the wildlife around our bungalow. The only somewhat concerning thing for me was the full glass wall in the bathroom, but I was able to work around it and find ways to have some privacy."
