"The desk people were very helpful and friendly. We had delayed flights so arrived many hours later than scheduled. I called ahead and they were efficient and helpful."

"Lamp outlets were so loose I couldn't charge my phone. I had to hold the charger in the outlet to keep a connection. But, most importantly, I booked this room at 1030pm on 5/27. I incorrectly put 5/27 instead of 5/28 for check in. While Expedia did what they could, the hotel would not refund the room even though I booked it again for the correct night. This definitely confirms I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again."

"Total disappointment! Beds with hairs, smelly rooms like urine or smoke, walkways are dirty with stained drips and cockroaches at night. overall, not a pleasant environment. Had to be switched bedrooms after being shown 3, it was close to midnight had no option but sleep there since they had already taken my deposit. Just a dreadful experience!"

"I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo."

"I must preface this by saying I travel for work much and stay in alot of places. The room was decent and spacious but the thermostat will not allow room cooling past 68°. I am a person that runs very hot and i might need it cooler to fall asleep. Also it gets really hot in SC. The area is kind of ghetto which isnt the hotels fault but people should know what to expect nearby. When i showed up to check in there was nobody behind the counter to greet. "Breakfast had nice variety. The room was spacious and modern. Ms. Lillie at the welcome desk was gracious and over-the-top helpful! It was walking distance to downtown and the Amtrak station."

"The front desk attendant was nice. The room had dirty towels. The bed sheets weren’t even changed. They were just folded nice but there was other peoples hair and stuff in them."

The room was decent (cleanly wise) , there were a few things such as the beds were not made ab only trash was taken out and quick clean of the mirrors and change of towels i assume. I was out all day during my stay So i didnt mind it because the hotel was just to sleep. breakfast was simple options like toast, muffins, cereal, coffee etc. Overall a good hotel to stay if you in the area."
