"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"Due to families having ball Tournaments, with a respect to the kids, we were unable to even get near the pool. Kids were having a great time, but they were the only ones. Then parents pulled out a grill n vehicles across from the pool and prepared dinner. You could not drive through. I love everything about family, but this was truly overwhelming. "I cannot say enough about the staff - they were amazing. I arrived late in the evening and had a little hiccup with the AC unit. The evening front desk person came up and took a look at the AC unit and fix it in five minutes. The breakfast was a good meal as well."

"This hotel was so refreshing and clean after having some truly horrible experiences with hotels over the years. I went out of my comfort zone which is marriott hotels, and tried this one. "So disappointed the pool was closed!!! The site stated it was under renovation and would be completed before our reservation date. The hotel seemed bewildered about it. Newly renovated and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not great, the exact same 3 days."

"Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn on comforter and bath tub. TV didnt work. Told receptionist who said she would call me back, but never did. 😒"

"My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...
