"Garbage cans do not have bag,Staff just wipes them out. No pens/paper in room."

"Hard to get to the property initially with random downtown street closures. Very limited parking in front of the hotel. (There's a valet area & maybe 2 or 3 paid parking spots.) Once there, everything was fine. Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was lovely."

"The property was being renovated & parking is around back, a slight walk. Also during the week there is no hot breakfast. If you’re vacationing it’s not the place to stay because you can hear the planes flying all night. Other than that the staff was very nice & the price was good. It’s a give & take"

"Wonderful location. Unusual dining hours- ate a couple of evening meals in what felt like a walkway."

"Staff was great"

"I really liked how quiet my room was (couldn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms), and it was very spacious. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness - there was hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in, and the shower head had reddish buildup on it. Was also frustrated that there was a gap in the curtains which required using hair clips to block out the street lights at night. Overall was a decent hotel but for the price I paid, I’d expected a cleaner, more well maintained room."
