"It is what it is"

"The staff was very friendly and the basement was something very unique with the vaults at the bottom was very clean and felt safe with building security using my room key for all entry"

"The property was clean and updated in a great location. The price was great compared to other properties in the area and included free parking and breakfast. The front desk staff was so friendly! We had one small issue with housekeeping and the manager more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again"

"There was really nothing wrong with my stay. The staff nice and helpful the only thing I would recommend is possibly start updating the facility. The bathroom and the beds need to be updated."

"The hotel overall needs deep cleaning (dust in the corners, dirty carpet, dirty walls) and is out dated (chairs in the restaurant are all peeling from wear and tear and looks horrible and furniture in the rooms are outdated as well). Parking is either self-parking of $40+ a day with no...

"Lean room, friendly staff"

"Excellent check-in staff. Nice room, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. Continental breakfast. Parking for 2 weeks at $10/night. All the parking is on the opposite side from the main entrance Parking is well lit. The main entrance was pretty dark at night."

"Great location within walking distance from several museums. Parking garage was convenient and easy to walk in / out, drive in / out. The room had everything I needed including a full kitchen. The lights, the lamp switches, the shower were well placed. Breakfast was not luxurious but had the staples: 2 hot meats and 2 hot sides, hot oatmeal, apples and bananas and 2 kinds of fruit juice, and std selection of yogurt and breads. Not just a muffin and bad coffee like in too many motels in the...
