"I will definitely stay at a Staybridge again. The room was wonderful, had all the amenities and extra things that are nice such as REAL wine glasses and small throw pillows on the sofa to make it more comfortable. The beds were So comfortable and had great sheets. To top it off, there was a really good free continental breakfast. I've had these breakfasts before at hotels, but this one one of the best we've ever had. The staff was also very friendly. I just wish our stay was going to be longer...

"The hotel overall was great. There was a 12 hour power outage ( no fault of the hotel), but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My dissatisfaction is directly with Expedia. Expedia offered $100 lower price approximately 1 hour after I booked. While i understand it was a 3rd party deal, there was no recognition of the major change in price. Again no compensation or future gift/discount for future stay was offered. I even called the hotel directly prior to booking, to get advice...

"My room as well as the entire property is spotless and so well maintained that if I didn’t know better, I’d think I’m the first guest ever! Very comfortable and well appointed room. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to town. "
