A great central location, kitchen was well supplied, parking was close to the building. Met all our needs for a nice get away.

The unit was ok a bit dated. Our upstairs neighbors were walking around all day and night which wouldn't be a problem but every step they took rattled the dishes in the cabinet, thank god for earplugs.

The location was perfect. We stayed here October 22nd-25th and didn’t have any problems. Then we went to Boston for three days. Then we came back to stay here again. On the way to the property will get a phone call from the owner saying that our reservation we needed to get a second room. Because our reservation was supposed to be for two adults and two children. I sent him a copy of our agreement through Expedia and it listed three nights with five adults. He said we’d honor it for this time, but not to tell anybody because they only have two adults with two children in that kind of room.

In the heart of downtown Pittsfield. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Apartment fully furnished with a full kitchen with all the appliances one would need for an extended stay. Would return to this property.

There is no check-in desk. Had to call the phone number provided at the entrance door to be let in. Arrived 8pm. Clean, spacious suite with fully equipped kitchen. Wifi worked well.

Wasn’t what I was expecting but a pretty decent stay… only thing that I can say that was somewhat bad was the electrical sockets were hit or miss if they worked or not. Plugged in a lamp and pop!! It sparked and blew the cord off… besides that the bathroom was clean and beds were comfy.

The room was nothing like the pictures on the Expedia website. The room we had was very outdated and not well maintained. It was sparsely furnished. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We woke up early in the morning to a baby crying next door so the walls must be fairly thin.

Bed frame was broken and so were some of the kitchen drawers. Staff offered to switch our room but the other room smells like cigarette smoke. We also found used syringes in the bathroom vanity.

We had a good stay here. The suite was clean. The building was quiet. Management was responsive. We did find it odd that there was no front desk, and everything was done by phone, but perhaps that's the modern way. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a very spacious and convenient layout, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The large kitchen was especially appreciated, with plenty of space for preparing meals. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. Highly recommended!

Clean and had everything we needed. Bed was good, linens, bathroom, etc. Lighting in the rest of the suite a bit depressing, and strong smell of Lysol throughout. Was surprised about the lack of a front desk. There are signs telling you to call a phone, then you get texted codes for entry. Worked fine, and person at the other end was efficient, but probably would have opted to stay in a place with onsite front desk if we’d known in advance. Check in is at 2 pm - a little earlier than the norm, which is nice. But checkout is a little earlier too - 10 am.
