Texted for shuttle, responded 1 hour later, window shade was a struggle, no free breakfast, no coffee creamer in room. Broken ice machine, Employee said this was an upscale hotel, no free breakfast (no breakfast at all). Will go back to the un-upscale hotels next time. Google maps said restsurant ...
