We always love staying here because it feels like home. It is spacious enough that we can spread out. The full kitchen is a very nice amenity. Given all that you get for this price, it is quite a good deal.

Great location to Ann Arbor Downtown and the UM Campus. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The HELP line via text messaging was very helpful and was quick to respond. Made everything run smooth!

This was a great alternative to a hotel room. Although we did not spend a great deal of time in the apartment, having a full refrigerator and two bathrooms was nice for us. Also the location to restaurants, nightlife, and the UofM campus is exactly what we were looking for. We love Ann Arbor and this apartment put us in the center of everything.

Communication leading up to check-in was terrible. I didn't receive check-in instructions until I was on the road heading there. I had to ask more than once. However, once I received them, they were very detailed and easy to follow. There is a massive road construction project happening around the building, so that wasn't great, but it didn't really disturb us.

The toilet was clogged and since it was late on Saturday night, it was impossible to get it dealt with. Thank goodness there was a public bathroom elsewhere in the building. Overall it was a good advertisement for staying in a hotel.

Home away from home

In town for a family emergency and we felt at home with the beautiful views, modern accomodations and proximity to our family. We will be back for a vacation.

Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, safe, great room sizes. Perfect for our needs. I stayed with my kids who are in their late 20's and we were in walking distance of everything we needed.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location as we were visiting my son who goes to Umich. Walking distance to great restaurants and the amazing blank skate creamery is right across the street! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we go back to A2.
