"A lot to improve regarding service and maintenance The only good thing was the cleanliness. The front desk service was terrible and lacked any willingness to help. The breakfast is very basic, much inferior to other similar chains. Additionally, the sheer curtain in the room was torn and poorly cut with scissors. Those signs of neglect really take away from the quality of the place."

"This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay."

"The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The breakfast was good, the gym was excellent, and the proximity to restaurants was a bonus. My only complaint is that 1 of their 2 elevators was down for the entire time I was there. This made wait times really long. Their stairwell access wasn’t convenient either."

"I stayed here based on some reviews and pictures. I would not rate this a three star hotel. Please stay elsewhere if you can as it felt more like a motel. Even the ceiling is still the old popcorn style. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom felt dirty. I saw some mold in the shower corners and hair on the bathroom floor. They even have a hidden $10 parking fee which I got waived. This parking is barely listed on the hotel page and not shown in your checkout."
