"Comfortable"

"The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location is convenient. There is a lounge space out back and I believe there is a fire pit! You even get a delicious cookie upon arrival (I think vegan cookies are an option). My main purpose was to enjoy the sauna but I couldn't because it was being serviced. "Not very much maintenance As seniors we need a NON slip shower and hand rails /grab bars on the shower . I not only was slipping in the shower but I did NOT have a thing to grab onto. The air conditioner was extremely loud in running The room was clean but very small and had pry marks on the outside door jamb, like a lot of pry marks The evening desk person was not the friendliest but the morning one was very sympathetic and offered to give up some IHG points to try and make it right, thank you...

"The hotel was great, however the overall smell of smoke and breathing in the smoke in the casino was overwhelming!"

"The property was scenic, sit on top of a hill. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. Room was clean; however, our room was missing a hair dryer. The pillows were very small and the blankets were thin."

"It hotel was above average!!!"

"The staff was amazing. I booked a smoking room and when the manager or assistant manager found out that neither one of us were smokers, she upgraded our room without charging and it was an amazing room with a Jacuzzi tub. The place was very well maintained, clean, and the food was great."

"Great stay, accommodated my last minute change. Thanks so much!"
