"Hotel was nice and staff were helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel entrance is sometimes locked so you need to ring the bell for reception to let you inm which wasn't an issue for me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which was perfectly adequate for my stay. The breakfast had a decent selection of items and I liked that they made an effort to source products locally from Luxembourg. "How this place can be a four star hotel, I have no idea! The rooms are tiny and in glorified porto cabins. The bathroom was minuscule with the tiniest sink I have ever seen. In the communal area, which was an outside corridor, there were lots of ash trays filled with mountains of cigarette butts, as if they hadn't been emptied for days. Location maybe further out of the town center but free public transportation of buses and trams can take you everywhere. Free gourmet coffee machine and water for guests in the lobby. One block to a shopping mall with a huge store inside for grocery and all other home goods."

"The hotel was nice and very conveniently located. We read reviews that the hotel was loud on the weekends. We stayed mid week and the bars across the street were full and loud until 1am. At 5am the city would empty the trash and the delivery trucks would start working making tons of extremely loud noise until 9am. Made it very difficult to sleep. It was also very warm and the room did not have a fan. The front desk said they did not have a fan they could provide."
