"Bel établissement,très bien situé, jolies chambres.Toutefois des lacunes dans le service rendu au client. Au réceptionniste auprès de qui je m interrogeais sur le non service au bar à 11h45, celui me rétorquait de façon peu aimable que je n avais qu à me trouver un bar à l extérieur.Menage effectué dans la chambre de façon incomplète :aspirateur qui n est pas passé chaque jour, des touffes de poils laissées dans les toilettes.Au check out je souhaitais réserver mon déjeuner puis reprendre...

"We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and easily accessible. Absolutely no complaints with restaurant and bar. If we do something similar wouldn't hesitate in booking again"

"We used the apart hotel for a one night stay travelling to F1 Belgium. There’s multiple buildings we were staying in the second it seems it’s mixed use/living. There’s multiple buildings rooms are pretty old and not as pictured. There was no air con in our room so had window open. The hotel during our stay was full of French police unsure whether it was a training course or just their usual base, they were all wearing swot type uniform around breakfast so we didn’t bother with breakfast and...

"A well located hotel - a great overnight stop"

"Nice hotel and very good location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy parking, either in the hotel car park, or immediately outside on the street. The room was compact, but had a nice balcony to sit out. No aircon, so had to leave the window open a bit so aware of some street noise. All in all, a nice hotel"
