"The place was really nice. We did have a couple issues though. The sink was clogged when we first used it, not sure how housekeeping didn't catch it. They had to come fix it before we could even brush our teeth that night. But at least they had someone available immediately to fix it. The conditioner dispenser was empty, again housekeeping missed that too. Two dogs next door were barking early and woke us up. I'm sure hotel policy is not to leave pets unattended but someone did"

"Room was quite dirty, stains all over the carpet mold in the bathroom on the walls were gross and dirty. The bedsheets had holes and stains on them. The staff at check-in was extremely nice and super friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would give them 10 out of 10 on friendliness and helpfulness. We were there with a group of three families and it was really just our room that was this bad. The other two rooms were OK so just don’t ask for a room 102."

"The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Our key card wasn’t working and she was so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot! I like that they keep things simple and with the antique feel. Our remote was held together by packing or duct tape, that would be one of my only minor complaints. The room was quiet and clean."
