"We chose this property based on reviews and it did not live up to the hype. I would have rather stayed at the next door property (I believe same ownership) for the same price. We did not like the interior style of the hotel or the pool area style. It seemed cheap but it was an expensive stay."

The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. "Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a superior double room which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Whilst we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel due the abundance of super cafe’s all within a few minutes walk of the hotel it was available and looked good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great service, great location and a great place to relax in Biarritz"

"Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour."
