"Friendly staff, good water pressure, working tv, bigger than expected fridge, and quiet for being next to the I-95 highway. But the room we had was poorly lit so it was hard to know how clean the floor and bed spread were since we arrived late at night. The room also had a strange odor that compelled us to prop open the door to try to air it out. The water at the sink only ran hot (not even warm) so washing up was uncomfortable. We will not be returning."

"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like...

"The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find."
