Great location, good starter breakfast, free transportation around the area, very close to airport, cold AC in room. Room cleaning needs be looked at, not their strongest area. A little pricey at the bar and restaurant. Would stay again.

We only stayed for one night in transit on our way home to the U.S. as it was close to the airport, but we were very impressed with this property. The hotel was modern and the rooms were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the small but well equipped gym and the lunch buffet was excellent; it was one of the best and most affordable meals that we had during our vacation. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay

Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often.

First of all my stay itself was nice. My problems were- my room was not ready after I had corresponded with them weeks prior and they had asked my arrival time; which was 15:00… Secondly, a male staff member just unlocked & opened the door without knocking to my room as I was in it. He apologized and said he had the wrong room, but that was very awkward and I am glad I had clothes on !

Also: my flight arrived at 0630, early check in was requested at the time of booking and was denied upon arrival. My departure flight was at 2230 and no late check out was possible. It’s an airport hotel, almost walking distance to the airport, and quite nice. The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you expect. WiFi is excellent. We had a zoom meeting without problems.A nice outdoor pool area, exercise room and as a real bonus a shuttle every hour to a beautiful snorkeling beach by another hotel with beach chairs and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. We and many others were locked in because of a cyclone. The staff also spent the night, so there was no lapse in service. The restaurant is nice. Our only wish would have been to get a little something from a snack corner. Fruit or such. Altogether highly recommended, if you need a pleasant place before or after your flight or to sit out a cyclone! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
