"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. Die Terrasse und der Pool mit Wasserfall waren wirklich schön. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht und das Personal war immer zuverlässig und aufmerksam, auch als eine Palette Bier verschwunden ist 👍. "Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) *"

"Convenient location for the airport & as a base to visit the area. The beach shuttle is a great facility & gives you the opportunity of relaxing for a day or 2 on arrival or before travelling home. Rooms are spacious & clean. Staff were friendly, efficient & always available if you required anything. Restaurant food quality was very good both for breakfast & evening."

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
