"Wow. This hotel is such a great find. Not only is it clean and unique, the rooms are large and the staff are super helpful and nice. Breakfast was nice. The pool was slightly colder than I expected but it was 5 degrees outside and windy so its understandable. The hot tub was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. My kids said this is their favorite hotel we have ever stayed at which is high praise since we travel frequently and have stayed in a ton of hotels!"

The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person."

"This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay."

"The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. For those who are afraid of vermin, there was NO SIGNS whatsoever of either bugs or other vermin.. It was CLEAN. This is a place that is no frills, but for what you're paying for you get a lot, and a comfortable place to rest your head. We would absolutely go back when we're visiting the Pittsfield area."

"The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Checkin was quick and effortless :) My only complaints are we had a room near where they were doing construction, so that was kinda noisy. Also, when I reserved a room online I made sure I got one with the fridge and microwave. I didn't notcie4 until after we settled in and wanted to heat up leftovers that we didn't have a microwave :( :( At that point I was too tired from traveling to call down to the front desk."

"Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great."
