"I arrived very late (around 2:30am) after driving all day. I rang the bell and knocked on the door several times to get someone to let me in - unsuccessfully. Ended up sleeping in my car. There was no communication or instructions on how to access the property. "

"The hotel was just lovely - very helpful staff, a very comfortable room, free parking in a very near underground car park and a lovely breakfast. What more could you want? The sauna in the cellar was a treat after walking in the mountains, as was the offer of a professional mountain guide 3 times a week to expand the walking experiences. I've forgotten to mention the self serve drinks available in the downstairs lobby, for which you paid for with an honesty box. I can't wait to go back to smple...
