"Lovingly restored old villa hotel with sparkling clean and new modern finishes. Carmelo and Silvio are brothers who are passionate about their property and its history. Our room was large and had views of the old church next door and across the rooftops to the sea. We had access to two terraces with seating, one sunny and one shady. Breakfast was excellent with many fresh choices and local specialties. We were given a tour of the ancient rooms in the basement and also the lovely herb garden...

"A lovely couple runs the place and we had lovely conversations with them, in Italian and Spanish. They were very accommodating. When they couldn't provide gluten-free pastries for one person in our group (though there were several other gluten-free foods available for breakfast), they were very apologetic.
