"We enjoyed our stay here- the pros: room was clean, bed was comfy, check in/out was easy.We were given free drink tokens which we didn't end up using, but it was nice. Breakfast was available in the lobby, however a little pricey for what we were given. Cons: It was a little tricky getting what we needed from house keeping since the 2 we spoke to didn't speak English, but it was fine. Some of the valet guys Seemed less than enthusiastic about assisting us and the elevators in the parking garage smelled like pee, Im not sure if homeless people camp out there or whatever. Overall, despite those couple things we would stay here again. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to."

"Check in was great unfortunately I don't remember the lady's name and other staff were polite. The room was a little dated but clean. Elevator was a little shaky but inspection up to date. We felt safe and unbothered. There is a grocery store (food lion) about a block distance away. And honestly the location is kinda great to get us where we wanted to go for the 4 days of our stay. I'd stay again for sure."

"First with everything going on this past weekend we had trouble finding a place to park. They charge $45 a day to park. Drinks are expensive. When we went online to book a dinner reservation at their restaurant it said nothing was available. We decided to go up and see if they could squeeze us in. There were only 2 tables occupied. For 2 of us to have dinner cost $191 dollars not including tip. I would have rather stayed in town."

"Overall, the hotel is nice. Great location. The main problems I had were that they do not service the room daily. Rather, they service the room every other day. This may not matter to everyone, but it’s a big deal to me. Part of the allure of nice hotels when I’m on vacation is the turndown service. Additionally, there was no body wash in the shower (the dispenser was empty on check-in). I went and requested a refill from the front desk, but it never happened. During my stay, the air conditioner in the gym was broken, which made it unusable. This is a big deal for me. I rigorously filter for hotels with good gyms because that’s a priority for me."
