"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I specifically requested a downstairs room but was not accommodated. When I asked the staff if my room could be changed, it became such a hassle that I eventually just decided to keep the room I was given. As a paying customer, the experience should have been handled much better. To make matters worse, I woke up with bug bites all over my body that appear to be bed bug bites. The room also had a foul odor coming from the vents, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed."

"I stayed for 7 nights and my rntite stay the wifi was not working and disrupted my phone from working. I was there for the week worjimg and could nkt log in to my labtop. I had to sit outside in the pool area to make a phone call, receive and send texts and use my labtop for work. I had to log into my hotspot to use my labtop. This was awful for my work experience. The pool and the hot tub were dirty and full of leaves. My bed was the most uncomfortable thin mattress which creaked when I tossed and turned. My back hurt by the end of the week. The staff was nice and courteous but doesn't help with all the issues that week. Breakfast was mid and same breakfast choices everyday not appealing. I would not stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel set on the river. Restaurants were outstanding, rooms were immaculate, staff were so friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to so many attractions. A must stay in Ft Lauderdale."

"Perfect place to stay while in the area pre cruise! Clean and well run. Walkable to all amenities so no need for a car. We have had multiple stays and they have all been excellent."
