"Auf unserem Roadtrip nach Key West haben wir auf Islamorada einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Ressort wurde uns gezeigt und wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade des Zimmers. Das Ressort selbst ist eine Perle, ist es etwas abgelegen von der Strasse und eher in einem wunderbaren Boutique Stil gehalten. Die Ruhe, der Mond über dem Meer, die liebevoll gestalteten Unterkünfte - das war schon ein außergewöhnlicher schöner Stopp auf dem Weg. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)"

"Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfy and we had a nice ocean view. You can see that they are renovating the hotel and I'm sure when it's done it's going to be great! Only thing they need to work on ASAP is having an ice machine for guests to use, we had to go to the office and ask for it, they told us after 7 p.m no one is there and if we needed more that we'd have to buy it from a local gas station. "The stay was...OK my Toilet was running and would not stop. Then the AC was not working so the room was very warm. The front desk said they sent someone in to fix the AC while we were out, but it still did not work. Check out was the worst part. I prepaid for the stay through Expedia $527.41 then I was billed $395.27 and then another $420.75 using the card I put on file for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for. "The resort was lovely. The beach access was great, we literally went to 8 beaches elsewhere that had seaweed along the shore but the one at Sunset cove was clear. We snorkeled, seeing lots of unquie wildlife. Definitely coming back great experience."

I feel that those sorts of things should be checked by Maintenance before each new customer arrival. Also, each time we left the room the room should have been cleaned. It wasn’t.
