"Lovely rooms, very clean, great food and lovely staff. On the downside the drinks were pretty average. Coffee not great, wine not great, soft drinks varied, spirits weak. Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. The dining areas could really do with better lighting and some added character - they feel a bit canteen-like. However the food was really very good. Fresh, varied and tasty...

"What a beautiful hotel. I give the a Marika Hotel 5 stars. Cannot fault it at all. We had a room with a view of the pool, but could also see the sea. A great size balcony. The decor was modern and excellent quality and beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was immaculately clean, the cleaners were so friendly too. We had breakfast included and there was a great choice. From fruit and yoghurts, English breakfast, pastries, a range of nuts, juices and hot drinks....

"The contemporary design of the rooms and hotel is so beautiful. The gluten free dining options were limited which I did not appreciate, as they ask you for your fietary restrictions beforehand. The property is beautiful and large, it made sraying there for an entire day quite easy. They had water aerobics in the pool and I especially loved the sunbeds in the pool to stay cool. It is a bit farther from the city centre which makes cab rides a bit more expensive but there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel."
