"Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc..
The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

"Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement.
