"We had a lovely 😍 stay in room called Leslies reserve. Good size, bed comfortable, shower refreshing and great decor...plenty tea and coffee in room.
Breakfast great all staff very pleasant and attentive. Only downside it was a hot night and the room had no fan.
Will book again"
"Under the beds it was extremely dusty with crisps etc from what seemed to be a while ago. No bedside lamps only the spotlights with 1 switch. Not ideal since it was a family suite with 2 beds considering we had young children who slept earlier than us. No mirror outside the bathroom. No cleaning service on a Sunday. Very dusty.
Unfortunately will not use this hotel again."

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of Brandshatch circuit.
A big shout out to Sam who decorated the room for my partners birthday.
Also thank you to the staff for upgrading us.
We had an enjoyable stay and will be returning on our next visit to Brandshatch Circuit."

The bathroom was filthy with brown stains in toilet and black grime on shower seals. The sink had hard toothpaste left on it obviously from the guests before us. The room itself was thick with dust and the carpet was covered in stains and hadn't been hoovered in weeks.Even the walls had dirty marks all over them We had booked 2 rooms and both were as bad as each other. We...
