"The pool staff was super protective of the area and made clear no outside drinks were allowed because there was a poolside bar staff to take drink orders. However, they never came out or seemed to want to provide drinks. The rooms were ok but definitely not as nice as the suggested classification of the hotel. We had a room that had a weird sound coming through the door like a wind tunnel but they moved us. Was never offered my VIP free drink as was advertised by Expedia status. Decent stay but for the price was expecting a little more from the staff and amenities."

"Loved the speakeasy. Bri was amazing! As far as the room, the bathroom was dirty and I mean DIRTY! It looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. I have pictures I will happily share. This is how dirty the floor was. It had an old contact lens amongst other dirt and grime around the sink and in the corners. The shower had mold growing in the corner. A little bit of bleach goes a long way! The towel knob was falling off the wall. The rest of the room seemed nice. They did not have an extra blanket in the room and I was told I was lucky to even get one when the front desk delivered one. It wasn’t a bad experience, just would have preferred for things to be cleaner. Ice machines did not work and no fridge in the room."
