"The rooms were not cleaned well. Things were dusty. The bedding was also not changed. Lots of hair from whoever stayed previously. I had to ask for clean sheets, but when asked if I declined room service & had to tell them I just checked in I was only given a clean flat sheet."

"I didn’t actually sleep here. I never was given a room number. But here I am writing a review. It was the night before my early flight and all of the airport proximity hotels were booked. I’d already had an issue at another property earlier in the evening. I walked into the posh entryway, fountains and pleasant warm lighting was comfortable. There were several people in line at the desk and I notice the clerk looks a little stressed. I get to the desk and Kristy introduced herself as the manager on duty. She explains that they actually do not have any open rooms as there was a glitch with the Expedia website but that she would do everything she could to find us a place to stay for the evening. Kristy ended up staying on the line with Expedia, was able to get me a refund and also did her very best to find us other accommodations for the evening. She was extremely patient with my frustration and exhaustion and found us a place to wait while we tried to troubleshoot the issue. When I say she went above and beyond, I cannot express how much we needed her kindness that evening. We were not technically paying customers and she mentioned in passing that she had to be back on the morning shift and stayed with us until nearly 2am. Her kindness and willingness to help really got us through the night. So while I did not end up staying here, I would 100% refer any of my friends and family to stay at Embassy. "

"There's an indoor/outdoor pool that's pretty cool and a hot tub inside. The decorating/design theme is very unique and fun. Plenty of breakfast on the buffet. You can tell it's a little outdated, but everything still works great. We wouldn't have minded staying there for our whole trip. Bed was very comfy."

"The airport shuttle was very helpful. Staff was very pleasant. Our bed needed a new mattress."

"This is a nice hotel. However, it feels rather dated compared to the multiple newer, looking hotels in the immediate neighborhood. The rooms need refreshing the bathrooms need updating. There is a restaurant, but the prices were a little steep, but the front desk Staff were accommodating."

"My stay was great. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The female manager on the other hand was rude and dismissive when I brought up my service animal and how she could not charge a pet fee due to having a service animal. She brought up that Missouri does not count support animals as service animals ands when I informed her that while that may be true, support animals are protected under Federal Law as service animals and she could not charge me a pet fee, she was dismissive of me and told me not to worry about the charges. After checked out and left I saw that she did in fact go ahead and charge me for a pet and more than she even stated at first. When I called to discuss this with her she was "never at the hotel" and when I requested her bosses information I was told that she said she is not allowed to give out her District Managers information and I could email her. I refuse to speak with the site manager any longer as she has been super rude during this whole experience and refuses to help me. I feel very targeted by this manager."
