"The room we stayed in wasn’t as bad as the hallway and stairs as they were the area’s that needed hoovered but hey if you don’t have the staff it’s understandable, sorry I wouldn’t stop here again "

"Staff were very pleasant but the property is kind of old and it needs an uplift. It would be nice if the owners gradually invest a little and spruce up the property to bring it up to par. But overall I would recommend it and visit again."

"Very disappointing experience. For a hotel belonging to such a well-known chain, it was surprising that guests could not even receive complimentary drinking water. What made the situation worse was seeing airline crew members receive welcome kits that included water. When I asked why they received water and regular paying guests did not, I was told it was because the hotel has a contract with the airline. As a paying customer, that response made me feel undervalued, as if my business mattered...

"Clean stay. Beds were comfy. Bathroom door did nit want to close well. I would stick. No box of tissues. Check in person was pleasant, though I did have a little trouble understanding him. Had to answer a lot of questions to get key, but that was ok."

"Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful."
