"Unfortunately, the only room available was a handicap room. It was not what I expected. It wasn’t until I checked out that it was explained to me that there was nothing else available. I was very disappointed with the room. It had a crack that had been patched up in the shower. However, the staff were very nice and helpful. I did feel safe in my room."

"Hotel is Right next to the freeway. Driving up was a simple inn. Plenty of parking. A bit sketchy. Our room was on the other side of the freeway facing the back of a business. Woke up to find that the shower handle was broken. So no shower for us. When we brought it up to management they didn’t try to make it better or even offered an apology. $148, not worth it without a working shower. Grab and go breakfast bread and coffee. We will not be coming back!"

"Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. "I was disappointed with this hotel. Expedia showed a 9+ rating, but my experience did not match that at all. The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. "We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...
