The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. "I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice."

I have never been talked to the way the general manager (Ana) at this property communicated with me. The night manager was helpful but has no authority because what he told me the property manager refused to uphold Beds were also terrible and breakfast wasn't refilled at 8am when we went down. Worst hotel experience overall."
