"Our stay at The Lodge Mallorca was mixed.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with nice facilities and surroundings. We also really enjoyed the boat trip arranged through the hotel, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
However, the front desk service was disappointing. Maria was often rude and unhelpful, and we felt spoken to as though we were being told off for asking questions. As visitors to Mallorca, we relied on the hotel for guidance, but our requests were met...

"Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."
