" Location: Depends if you are coming to visit cathedral then it's bit far however you can catch bus or taxi. If the purpose is to enjoy on beach then the hotel is at good location. Cleaning: Bedding need to be changed daily , the sheet was same throughout our stay."

"Stayed for 4 nights with family and overall it was lovely and probably the most aesthetic hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We opted for half board- lovely breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from, but dinner can be a hit or miss (especially with dietary requirements of halal- never the less we were looked after and was specially prepared a lovely tofu dish which was really kind). The coffees are amazing too! Location is great- only 5 mins from the airport and around 15 minutes from the old town and a couple minute walk from the beach. Also all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- So in regards to that, it was great. However, there are a few important aspects to raise which did cause a slight dent in our stay. Firstly, you only get drinks (even water) included for breakfast, not dinner- we had to pay almost €6 for a bottle of water! Also, only 1 bottle of water a day is provided in rooms, which isn’t enough - I think it is important for the hotel to promote hydration. We stayed in a standard room, and here the walls are really thin (could hear next door coughing and their tv) - the shower leaks too and floods the bathroom slightly. I would recommend to try and upgrade to a suite if possible because it seems to have more benefits. The hotel building is split into 2- 1 side for all standard rooms, and 1 for all junior suites - I am frustrated that I was not informed that in the junior suite building there are more seating spaces, restaurants and another spa…"

"We throughly enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk. The bar staff deserve a special shout out, they weren’t kept extremely busy given the time of year and the fact that most guests are out cycling and sailing but were friendly and polite and we had service with a smile every time."

"Great breakfast buffet 😀 I only wish the coffee cups were bigger because staff were too busy to keep refilling - maybe provide coffee machines to allow self service?"

"Was a nice hotel the only problem is the all inclusive you can only have 3 alcoholic drinks of either wine or beer for lunch and the same as dinner, would of been nice for a bit more drink option like vodka e.t.c, or even maybe 6 drink vouchers a day each so you can at least have one at the pool or something instead of at dinner or lunch, but I hear this is there law over there so not the hotels fault, you can obviously pay for alcoholic drinks at the bar but it’s €4 for a large beer what is really like just over half a pint in the uk. We done 4 nights so all in all was a nice break away but would definitely do this as a summer holiday"
