"Friwndly staff, clean room, well worth the money to get all inclusive with up to 6 alcoholic drinks per day steps from the beach felt very safe parking was an extra 20 euros per day worth it spa was nice too jacuzzi could have been warmer but overall no regrets"

"Excellent hotel with delicious food, spotless facilities and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the outdoor pools were a little cold. I would say that almost all of the guests were German but that did not bother us Brits at all. Having said that, we are not likely to return to this hotel as we didn't like Playa De Palma at all."
