The family selection amenities were great. Service hit or miss and terrible when it came to reservations with a child. Had to argue 4 days for a decent time. Given Christmas dinner at 10pm was an INSULT ! Meals were probably the best I’ve had so far at an AI

Cleanliness of rooms. Staff was super polite. However breakfast staff seemed ignore people at times which was very disappointing. Lots of space around the pool!
