"Everything about this resort was lovely. The staff, the room, the critters running around. My one caveat, and this would probably dissuade me from returning, is the loud music blaring from 8am on. The beach pool was much nicer because it was way quieter so you just heard the sounds of people having fun. But, it would be nice to enjoy the pool right outside our room. The buffet food was generally good but we were unable to get a reservation for any of the specialty restaurants. Our visit to the beach restaurant was aborted when, after waiting in line, we were told they couldn't put 2 tables together for our party of 7 because of reservations by the Privilege Club members. Not a good look."

"Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. The only thing we did not like was almost everyday there were areas around the pools they would close for “private events.” It was not a problem when we got there but as the week went on and the resort got busier if you did not go claim a spot by 8am you weren’t getting a chair and when they closed parts of those areas down it was even harder to find a spot. Having a separate designated “event area” would be ideal. The resort itself is a lot pricier than others and to not have access to all the pools and areas all the time is frustrating for what you pay. Other than that we did love everything else about it."

"This place is amazing! Friendly and professional staff. Super clean room (i.e. bed and bathroom). It is walking distance from the beach and fifth Avenue. They also upgraded my room free of charge, which was great. The spa is not included, but they have three bars and three restaurants available. No complaints on my end, but just two suggestions. For the pool area, the staff could be a little bit more attentive to guests wanting to order food or drinks. Also, the pool was a little murky. Other than that, I can’t wait to stay again!"

"We were actually pretty disappointed overall with our stay here... At first, we thought the resort was very nice. But in the first 5 minutes upon entering our room, we discovered 3 different things that were broken, and then more things over the course of our 4-day stay. We also heard this from many other guests as well that they were having the same issues. We also found that the room wasn't very clean... our comforter was dirty and there was someone else's hair blowing around the bathroom floor. Outside of our room, the resort is EXTREMELY confusing, and the map and spiel that they give you when you check-in isn't helpful at all. We got lost at least 10 different times and had to ask for help any time we tried to get ANYWHERE, and everything is a walk or far apart. There's also not much for nightlife here, there's only like 2 places we found to grab food or drinks at night, and the food overall was extremely disappointing and unimpressive. We even spent $350 USD one night on dinner, and they served us two tiny little plates of food and we were still hungry when we left. I will say that the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, but we would not stay here again."

"Room was clean. The room service was subpar and restrictive, amenities in room were hit or miss and also not in line with most all inclusives. The staff was kind but service at the pool bars was also hit or miss and took a long time. There is one smoking area on the entire property and a 10 minutes walk from all pools, etc. seemed pretty ridiculous not to have more accommodations. I also wouldn't recommend for anyone needing accessibility, the walk ways are uneven and elevators extremely small."
