"Warm welcome from the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. Some things around the property were not working for example the toilets and showers. Not enough sunloungers or parasols. It was so peaceful until children were cannonballing into pool. No staff available at the pool bar. Very slow service from the inside bar. Food at dinner was very good quality. "Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured."
