"The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was excellent. The room was not cleaned properly , the couch inside the room needed to be cleaned. The bed slept comfortably. There is no microwave inside the room. Elvin in house keeping did a great job cleaning our room. The tv did not have enough channels. My husband loves to watch TV when I mention it to the Front Desk she replied saying the internet doesn’t work. The next day I mentioned the same thing front desk said they would send a technician to fix it, no one never came to fix the tv. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the beautiful city."

"Absolutely Excellent in every way possible. Great food, great service, small quiet family vibe, very clean, friendly staff, well maintained building with quaint charm. Has an elevator and air conditioning. Beautiful Updated & Clean bathrooms. The roof top infinity pool was perfect overlooking San Juan. Exceptional location close to everything. We plan to stay again for more time there! Thank you."

"We just stay for a couple of hours, but the room was clean and well maintained. The snack bowl had a good selection. The shower was nice and the water was hot. Shame we miss the use of the pool. We would stay there again next time we are in Puerto Rico."
