"We enjoyed this hotel very much. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and upgraded washroom. It had the best water pressure in all of Costa Rica in our experience from similar hotels. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and the wifi was ok. The location to the beach and the park was fantastic - literally a 3 minute walk with no hills. Would definitely recommend!"

Am Hotel ist man im Dschungel und sieht Papagei, Tukan, Affe, Faultier, Leguan etc. Das Personal besteht aus Engeln, ist super hilfsbereit. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels. After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found. However, the jewelry items were never located and the hotel declined...
