"We had an amazing stay in our little jungle villa. The staff are so wonderful. The food was amazing. We were able to see macaws and monkeys while swimming in the pool. "En general el Hotel muy bonito. Al ingreso la habitación estaba impecable. Muy bien distribuida, cama super-grande, cocina muy funcional. Los funcionarios sobre todo de la recepción super amables. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado pero se encargaron de repararlo inmediatamente. El único aspecto negativo es que no hicieron el aseo del cuarto diariamente, (tampoco hacen la cama) ni siquiera recogieron unas cajas de pizza que dejamos en la primera noche en la entrada del cuarto....

"The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...
