We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Thank you, Ken…you are an asset for Jambuluwuk Hotel Malioboro for your outstanding hospitality! All our rooms are clean and always have all the amenities. Nice location as it’s near Malioboro! "After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. "
