"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. "Great location! Staff was friendly (though they seemed to be in a disagreement at check in and the actual building I was staying in did not have reception staff for 30+minutes during check in). Enjoyed the pool but hours are limited. Only open until 8pm but 10pm would be more appropriate as it is hot out late and people are out and about late. I was on the ground floor and it was noisy. But my portable sound machine and blue tooth mask with you d was able to drown out the noise. Loved the in-room coffee and water. Appreciated the fridge. Bathroom was nice. While room was clean!!! Hotel is in a little alley maze which can be kinda confusing but Google Maps works well"

"We had a fantastic stay at Only YOU Hotel. The hotel has a real luxury feel throughout, with beautiful rooms, great facilities and a very high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax, although it does get busy quickly. If you want a sunbed for the day, it’s worth getting there around 9:45am before the 10am opening. The only slight negative is the location, as it’s a little bit out of town compared with some other hotels. That said, the quality of the hotel more than makes up for it, and we would definitely stay again."

"I woud recommend Hotel Rey Alfonso X because it is clean, modern and in a very central position in Seville very close to everything. The room was adequate and the bathroom was first class. There is a roof top swimming pool which is a bit small for the hotel and the pool terraces are on different levels. The reception staff are extremely helpful and brought water to my room late at night. There was lots of choice at breakfast and it was well set out and was delicious. This was my second time at this hotel and I will definitely stay there again."

"What a gem, so pleased we chose this hotel for my 50th celebrations. Perfect location set close to all attractions and a few minutes walk to Plaza de Espana. The hotel should have been 5 stars, staff were amazing and the hotel, pool and room were extremely clean. Breakfast was served to 10.30am weekdays and although not a huge selection, like some other hotels we’ve stayed in. Everything was covered and plenty of food for all guests. Loved the outdoor eating area. Our family room was perfect too, we are a family of three with a teen and the room set up worked well. Aircon worked well and beds were comfy. No complaints. Pool was lovely and plenty of beds/chairs for all guests. Never had any issues getting a place. The only thing we found odd, was a school would come in and use the pool at midday day for 30 mins. Although the teachers were very good in keeping the children located to the shallow end, so the guests could enjoy the deeper end. Food was nice around the pool, although would have liked to see wraps on the menu and perhaps a few more salad choices. Cocktails were a bit wishy washy, which was a little disappointing. Other drinks ok. No need to bring towels which is good, as had courtesy hotel ones. Taxis freely available outside hotel. Large supermarket close by for any snacks, although room did have a mini bar. Although as per most, was quite pricey. On day of departure, we were offered a courtesy room (for a 30 mins time slot) which was perfect."

"An utterly beautiful hotel. The staff were just amazingy friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the food was exceptional. The facilities were also fantastic The pool - which has a great balance of shaded and full sunshine sun beds- was a godsend when it got hot! All in all the perfect place to stay in Seville."
