"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"We were in the B buiding. The air-conditioning in the room failed every afternoon and our last day it was out all night too. The staff brought us fans when we asked. There is clearly a problem with the central air. They claim they are closing the building and getting it fixed next week. First they offered a free breakfast when we complained after 5 days of this, then the last night they offered to move us to another hotel but we were too exhaused by that hour. "If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"Very central location to nightlife and all the tourist attractions. Open-air vibes and rooms were very spacious. Noise wasn't as bad as we were expecting. Super nice staff as well."

"One thing to note is that this hotel is part of the "red zone". We didn't run into any issues but be careful at night. It's in a happening spot and because it's a little dangerous, we didn't go out at night and the hotel is not soundproof, so it was a little hard to sleep. Our room also smelled very strongly of smoke and the hot water only lasts for about 2 minutes so take a quick shower."

"We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that...
